Every Sunday, Lama Kunga Rinpoche leads the Chenrezig Meditation at the Center. This is a traditional Tibetan meditation focusing on compassion and begins promptly at 10:00 a.m., lasting 1 -1½ hours. The practice text we are using is available online for viewing or downloadable as booklet. Everyone is welcome!
Lama Kunga Rinpoche gives empowerments and teachings on an ongoing basis. Empowerments are usually given every third Sunday of every month. Rinpoche teaches weekly classes on the Vajrayogini and Tara practices, on Mind Training on Thursdays, and various other teachings.
