We are a Zen community in Marin County that has been practicing together for twelve years.
We are led by dharma teacher Myogen Steve Stücky, a Zen priest in the tradition of Shunryu Suzuki, founder of San Francisco Zen Center. Steve is now the Abbot of San Francisco Zen Center, and brings to his teachings his experience as a father, contractor, and pastoral counselor.
Our Monday Evening Program consists of sitting and walking meditation, a dharma talk, and group discussion. Our members give 'Way Seeking Mind' talks at times that lets us learn about each others meditation practice and life.
We also offer meditation retreats, private practice discussions, and holiday celebrations.
Meditation instruction is at 6:45 on Monday nights prior to sittings. No experience or appointment is required.
