Berkeley Shambhala Center, part of Shambhala International, offers ongoing training in meditation, study, and contemplative arts to help us awaken our true nature and actualize it in our daily lives.
Sakyong Mipham Rinpoche and Pema Chodron are the main teachers of the Berkeley Shambhala Center.
Come visit our open house every Sunday from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm to learn more. We offer free meditation instruction between 9:30 a.m and 11 am, a dharma talk at 11:15, followed by tea and hospitality at noon.
